The Orientation Department

The orientation department is in charge of monitoring the connection between institutes, faculties and professional colleges on the one hand and the labour market on the other, in order to create a sound culture of work and to establish new areas of instruction that are in adequacy with the labour market.

A team of specialists and consultants conducts school tours in all regions in order to help students and guide them to existing job opportunities. The orientation process consists also in helping job seekers through career advising, conducted at length by a team of specialists at Labora who receive applicants to evaluate their capacities and identify their interests, to assist them with their career goals as well as to raise their awareness about the importance of turning to the public sector and to job opportunities available in all state institutions.
