Job Description: • Study and evaluate BMS and HVAC systems all technical drawings, documents, products, components, application and any revisions thereon. • Verify and prepare all the required design of BMS control systems (i.e. control schematic, system architecture, I/O points lists, BOQ, cable management system design, wiring and termination drawings, ... etc.). • Selection of material and equipment according to the calculations and the project specifications. • Ensure compliance adheres to the required standards • Prepare project engineering submittals (Material Submittals, Method Statements, Shop drawings, Operation and Maintenance manuals, and other project documentation) as required in line with company and client requirements as well as standards and codes of practices. • Prepare control logic and program them into controller. • Build-up the BMS project database. • Provide configuration for system alarming, trending, and reporting services. • Develop and implement high level integrations with different low current systems. • Develop and implement low level integrations with 3rd party equipment. • What Skills and Experience Will You Have? • Degree in an Engineering discipline; Electrical, Mechatronics or Mechanical. • 1 - years of experience in Building Management System. • Advanced Understanding of HVAC process, Building Automation, Energy Management, or LV systems. • Good understanding of datacenter infrastructure and network communication systems. • Good understanding of mechanical and electrical drawings and symbols. • Ability to analyze system drawings and schematics.. • Good knowledge of web-services and APIs is a plus. Key Attributes: o Knowledge of MS Visio and AutoCAD. o Project Management skills. o Ability for taking the ownership. o Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. o Excellent command of English language both written and spoken o Good understanding of the financial aspects of engineering. o Experience in providing BMS and Control Systems building services including design, maintenance, installation and repair. o Very Good command of English. o Adaptability Adapts to changes in the work environment; manages competing demands; changes approach or method to best fit the situation; able to deal with frequent change, delays, or unexpected events. o Good IT Skills for network troubleshooting, software installation, and configuration of servers as well as workstations. o Exceptional PC skills and knowledge of Microsoft software, databases. o initiative quick learner o Experience with direct customer contact. o Innovation Displays original thinking and creativity; meets challenges with resourcefulness; develops innovative approaches and ideas o Motivation Sets and achieves challenging goals; demonstrates persistence and overcomes obstacles; take calculate risks to accomplish goals.
